1. Can you make and supply replacement rollers for my idlers?
 
Yes.

2. Can we get an immediate price and delivery?
 
Yes.
 
On receipt of your requirements, we can generally advise by return prices and deliveries on items such as belting, idlers / replacement rollers, scrapers and other component items, and for different types of standard conveyor.
 
None-standard / specials / made to measure items / plant and equipment would be priced up against individual enquiry, to meet with your reasonable requirements.

3. Where's my delivery? What’s my ETS?
 
Delivery depends on what areas within the UK and which carrier service is used (same day, next day or 3 day etc)
 
We can advise ETA (estimated time of arrival) either at order stage or anytime prior to delivery - you would need to contact our despatch personnel.
 
If delivery is in Scotland, particularly North Scotland, delivery normally takes 3-5 days on a Standard Carrier and on this occasion exact ETA within the 3-5 day period cannot be given.
 
Special deliveries can be arranged to ensure delivery is to suit your needs, contact belt or engineering sales as applicable for price.

4. Can I have proof of delivery?
 
Yes.

We can provide copies of proof delivery on all deliveries on request - you can contact our despatch personnel.
