The Vibratory Feeder is executed in mild steel and comes with springs on footplates and any necessary shock dampers.
The feeder is designed with Cassette including manually adjustable gate and wear liner in trough bottom of Stainless steel and sides made of Hardox 450.
Surface treatment in hot dip galvanised finish.
Complete with 2 off vibrator motors. Protection class IP66. Insulation Class F.
Power Supply 220-240v/380-415v.
Material specification, to suit Density of 3 products, Steel Slag density 3.1 to 3.6g/cm3, Ballast mixture of Concrete & Slag. Concrete approx.. 2.4g/cm3 and Desulph of steel density of 7.85g/cm3.

Capacity: Steel Slag – 380t/hr max. Ballast – 220t/hr max and Desulph – 220t/hr max.
